Finally they hit a ball well enough that it can be fielded

Stuff happens

Can't really complain too much about luck when guys are hitting bullets right back up the middle.  They were all over him that inning.

Finally they hit a ball well enough that it can be fielded

Weren't 2 of the 3 outs that inning balls that the outfielders ran down going back?

like I was saying, the flies they can shag. It's the flair down the line and the gb off the bag that killed them. And the bb to Suarez

Yeah, my point was that besides the little flare, everything was hit pretty well.  The ball off Strasburg and the one off the bag were both hit hard.  You can't really complain about bad luck when they're hitting the ball on the nose except for one blooper.

the Nats just don't like to swing at strikes....the more the ball bounces in the dirt, the more they swing

Fans had to pay full price to see one 7-inning game?  Ridiculous, especially to see THAT game.

So still 4-2 on the home stand despite the series loss. Thanks BLOS. Need to win the Brewers series. And keep it going like that.

Just go 2-1 every three days on average. Has a nice ring to it.
