Okay with Gruden return.

Not happy with Allen return.

Unsure what the Redskins can do for a course correction this offseason.

Snyder selling the team? The fan base is leaving in droves and the team will be in cap hell next tear no matter what happens with Smith. The dumpster fire is more entertaining than reaching for mediocrity- so here’s hoping they manage to do something stupid this offseason (their track record seems to suggest they will)

That or a rookie RGIII type performance from someone. That was the last time I had true hope. Then the Redskins broke him. Because of course.

Ironically part of the lack of veteran depth now is the picks they gave up to get him - those guys would be in their primes now

I have a feeling we will see a coaching staff purge, if Gruden returns.

Lots of big time defensive coordinators walking around unemployed Wilks, Vance Joseph, Gregg Williams, and Bowles. Not sure if any of them would take this job, but you have to ask. I don't blame Manusky for this mess, but I think he will be a fall guy.

I don't think they'll shake up the offense, but if they did I would open checkbook for Todd Monken or Dirk Koetter.

Bowles is reportedly going to interview for the Green Bay job.

Marvin Lewis is available.

Would take him back in a heart back as defensive coordinator if he wasn't headed straight for a TV set.

He was pretty good on the D-side in Pittsburgh and Baltimore as well.     Hadn't thought about him goin' to TV.

At least they wouldn’t have to worry about going 7-9 again

That’s not going to happen unless they do something really dumb like trade 10 years of draft picks for the 1-1 Arizona has. Even if they did that there’s no legit QB talent in this draft so they are, as usual, freaked. Bringing back both Soft Ass Jay Gruden and George “Winning off the field” Allen with Alex Smith done (and insured for $71M) is going to do wonders for ticket sales and on field performance. Maybe they can hire that woman that used to work for the Wizards to get people out to FedEx by advertising the stars of other teams.

NFL owners are embarrassed and unhappy about what's been happening in D.C., a league executive told Sally Jenkins, and they regard Bruce Allen as "literally, a joke." https://wapo.st/2ToxdFA
