Maybe including G'town and MD.

In what sport? :spit: Besides, I don't count UMD in that mix.

Added a ninja I found in the Post.    College Park is as close to DC as Raljon.

That number seems high. I can't think of 12 chances.

Nationals: 2012, 2014, 2016
Capitals: 2017, 2016, 2015, 2012, 2011, 2009
Wizards: 2017, 2015, 2014, 2005
Redskins: 2005, 1999

So really, more than 12

The last team to actually make it?  The one everyone thinks of as the biggest chokers: the Washington Capitals in 1998.  Peter Bondra had more heart and guts than most of these dorks, combined.

Yeah I just realized that the Bullets have actually done it numerous times. And didn't figure the Caps have done it 6 freaking times.

The Caps and the Nats have actually had the better teams to advance, especally the Caps. That's why they are seen as the biggest chokers.

I can't blame you for forgetting about them because it didn't feel like they had much of a chance in most of those series.  2015 was the only time, in my mind, where they didn't seem heavily overmatched.
