Keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeriste Dusty just mentioned Scherzer and Stras in the same sentence as Koufax and Drysdale.     That's some praise.

I never watched the original Twin Peaks from the early 1990s. One Showtime channel is airing a marathon today.

The writer and director, David Lynch, apparently has had little work in 30 years. One critic recently said his bizarre history is that the new show won't make sense, but his fanboyz will love it anyway.

I'm a big fan of the original series.  Got a free Showtime preview going so I'll check the new episode out tonight.

Comparative dates on which the Nationals won their 26th match, each season:

2016 - 20th May (42nd match of season)
2017 - 21st May (43rd match)
2012 - 22nd May (43rd match)
2015 - 24th May (44th match)
2013 - 26th May (50th match)
2005 - 30th May (51st match)
2014 - 30th May (53rd match)
2010 - 31st May (52nd match)
2006 - 5th June (58th match)
2011 - 5th June (59th match)
2007 - 9th June (62nd match)
2008 - 10th June (66th match)
2009 - 11th July (86th match)

Will need pinch-hitters on this over the next week and a half or so since I'll be out of town.
