Apparently now the Kumar Rocker deal is in jeopardy. So what exactly happens now? He can't re-enter the draft right? It's apparently medicals about his right elbow, and if so, could he then be eligible as a FA and sign with whomever?

EDIT: Rocker has two more years of college eligibility left, so he could re-enter the draft next year. If his elbow is an issue though, this could really be a big blow to his draft earning potential. Also screams Mike Rizzo special.

If they really do play hardball, he'd just go back.  Even if he ends up needing Tommy John, he's probably still a first round pick, and if he pitches well before it tearing, he might even go higher than he is now.

If he gets surgery now, he's not pitching in any games

Yes, that's why the sentence says if he pitches well before tearing it.  That's assuming he doesn't need the surgery this instant.

But he already didnt pitch well. Hence why he dropped so far

So I'm guessing if it's taking this long, House isn't signing.

So I guess House was higher on our boards than Khalil Watson. Watson signed for less than Brady House.

Also, looks like the Mets are not going to sign Kumar.
