Phone number for ticket office

I'm trying to buy one of the flex plans through the Nats website but it keeps assigning me to a section that I don't want but I can't change.  Is there a way I can call the ticket office to buy tickets?  I've only ever bought through the website or as a walk up.

Main number for the club offices is 202-675-6287 (202-675-NATS). Ticket sales is option 1; single-match ticket sales is option 8.

Ok great I'll try that out.  Hopefully I can still do one of the flex plans and get the free game like online.
