And as far as Bowden "lowballing" Beimel. How is that on Bowden? What GM in history has ever lowballed someone on his own? Its all budget constraints (cough Lerners). Every GM wants to spend.  Its not their money. Maybe the Lerners gave Rizzo another 500k to get Beimel...
