Knicks take down the Celts in the first game of the season. What do you guys think of the shortened season? 66 games that quick will be very unkind to my Spurs :P

i just can't get into the NBA anymore.  And it kills me that Shane Battier is in Miami since I really liked watching him at Duke.

Miami all the way (go labor, beat management- i.e. I like players forming their own teams and infuriating owners)

I fully supported the players in the lockout, but I don't give a crap about players controlling where they go - I don't like Miami at all.

Going to be intense, that's for sure. Not a bad job the league did actually, losing only 16 fixtures off the regular season.

Wonder if the Wizards will sell out tomorrow night's opener? They've been off the radar for so long.

My brother bet his niece a buck with 4 minutes left in the Knicks game that the Knicks would win on a ref's call if it was a close game.  He said it is the NBA and there was no way the league would let the Knicks lose in New York on national TV.
