Seriously?  Wow, did he blab about it while doing coke at Rehab again?  Seems like a really bad idea to snitch on your team like that.

He wasn't on the team anymore. But if this is proven he may have a tough time sticking around much longer.


Can someone explain to me what this "bounty program" was all about, why it was bad, and why the NFL apparently hated it so much?  This punishment seems crazy.

The reason the NFL hates it so much and took such drastic measure is because it became public. This kind of crap has been going on for decades in most locker rooms (if not all). Buddy Ryan was known to have bounties on specific players (who can forget the image of Luis Zendejas stumbling off the field, to the wrong sideline, after taking a knee to the head and he actually got flagged on the play for going low on a player on special teams :rofl:) and Gregg Williams, a disciple of Buddy Ryan, was known to have bounties in all his stops including Buffalo and Washington.
