Yeah, I am biased. But there's no excuse for a hapless cs rep telling me his boss will email me at some point.  I don't expect that kind of service.

Google xbox live credit card issues and you'll see plenty of others having the same problem with no good fix. 

You're right, there is no excuse for that.  I'd have just asked to speak to a supervisor and if they wouldn't connect you to one, call back and try someone else.  But like I said, let's not pretend that this is a special MS thing.

I don't know, XBox live is a total turd for me from top to bottom.  Ever since I put the PS3 in our living room I've been saying "man, why does the Xbox start screen look like a kids crapbox instead of this bad azz slick interface?" 

Like I said, never had an issue nor has anyone (besides you guys :P ) that I know.  Shrug.  PS3?  Ha.  You couldn't pay me to touch that after the hacking and credit card numbers fiasco they went through.

Inept customer service seems directly related :shrug:

Yes, I stand corrected.  That report is still nonsense though.  Consumer bias is very real.
