Schultz's +/- stat was bullcrap and everyone and their freaking cousin knew it. He was playing with the best line in the league and did little to contribute.
Schultz should be gone after this season, unless he gets traded at some point. Boudreau needs to share some of the blame for Schultz. The guy is just not that good, but Bruce had a freaking man crush on him..which translated to more ice time.
Hunter put an end to that bullcrap.
