I can't see them moving to VA. Winchester could not support a minor league team. This is just posturing on the part of the owners. They are trying to get some improvements to the stadium.
winchester couldn't support a low-A team? I think they could pull in fans like myself in the Gainesville area who would go there rather than to Potomac.
