Ayala pitched 1 perfect inning for Columbus tonight with 1 K. He is going to rest the next 2 days and then attempt to pitch Thursday and Friday. He should be back on our team next week in Atlanta if everything continues to go right..
If he comes back at 2005 form that will be a huge bonus for the pen ... but he has not pitched at the big league level in a LONG time ... I hope he does well ... I've always liked him so I'll be pulling for him mightily ...
