Endy Chavez to the O's.
I like this move. he's better than Bernie, but maybe we stay with Berrnie due to there not being that great of a difference going forward and due to Bernie being under team control for the near future.
Except of course that Chavez can field and somewhat hit. Neither of which Bernadina has shown the ability to do.
