They should start a charity that allows inner-city kids to go the games. It will definitely help spark interest in the game and allow people who actually live in DC to see the games.
As a former inner city kid, I agree, tho there wasn't a team, it came a few years after I finished, but inner city baseball would benefit from seeing the pro product on the field.
