Bats need to be alive today.

I want Wang to settle in, but there's a good chance he won't.

Here's what I'd love to see:

- Wang 6 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 1K, 1BB
- 3-4-5 of the order 5/12, 2HR, 7RBI
- Braves fans - crying back to their trailer parks after being swept by the Nasty Nats and shutdown by our hardened Wang

The Braves are so silly I see they are trying the double leftfielder trick

From a couple GDTs ago:

Quote from: Tyler Durden
Is 52-99 below replacement level?  If we had a team full of 0 WAR players, could they do that?

That would be outstanding.

Quote from: PatsNats28
48 wins is replacement level I believe. Also, that doesn't add up to 162.

I asked David Cameron in his chat just now.

Comment From Well-Beered Englishman
If you fielded a team of 25 replacement level players, all of them worth 0.0 WAR, what sort of record would that team have?

Dave Cameron:
46-116 or so.

Somebody needs to ask him if he's willing to adjust his assessment of Morse yet.

Fatass Hinske needs a designated fielder.

I did. He never answered that question.

Must of been an oversight.

Wang's last 3 starts:

8 hits in 4 IP

8 hits in 5 IP (AAA)

7 hits in 5.2 IP (AAA)

He's been extremely hittable. Unless the offense somehow miraculously scores 6-7+ runs off of Beachy we have no chance.

Come on SF, take a big swig of the  :koolaid: and say something positive.  I gotta feelin' Wang is going to punish those clowns from the ATL today with his stiffness.

What's wrong with his last post, aside from the usual negativity that we've grown to anticipate?

A 100% lack of context.

Wang is pitching today.  Wang has been hittable lately.  The rest

Beachy is 3-0 with a 2.15 ERA after a Braves loss this season in 6 starts in such situations. But who cares, let's get this win, and bring home a sweep!
