I'm not sure how the league relationships work though - does Potomac "own" the slot in the Carolina league or could the Nats go to another club and slot them in?
Potomac Owns the affiliation with the Carolina League. The Loudon guys would have to buy the affiliation from Silber and the Potomac Nats.
