Storen is 23. Do you really think this is as good as he will ever be? If he tops out or comes close to his potential, he'll be worth the high draft pick.
No he won't. What is his potential? A little better than Matt Capps. That is not worth a top 10 pick especially when you can draft a #2-3 starter. He won't ever be a Rivera/Nathan/Broxton type. Other than a few elite closers, most closers are easily replaceable.
