I live near Fairfax, and work in Rockville. Normally, the summer is easy in terms of traffic as school closures and vacations siphon just enough cars off the roads to make things work. This summer though, traffic has really sucked. Toll road ramp and lane closures, Beltway construction mess and lane shifts, what summer relief? Now, we head back into the school year. I can't wait.
