Okay,good point. So I have another request or question : Is there any reason we are keeping the smiley with Elijah Dukes, since he is not on the team anymore? Since his leaving was sort of a bad scene, I just thought we might want to delete that smiley? 
That one's kinda turned into the general "man love" smiley.
