let me ask this, at the risk of beating a dead horse.

is it somehow NOT possible for Soriano to steal 40 bases while batting 4th?

i mean is he ALWAYS going to have people on base in front of him?

Canseco was a 40-40 guy, did he ever bat leadoff?
