That would make no sense. That's admitting that a team is willing to tank a game for the sake of draft position. You can't do anything about the weather. It's also dumb to play an irrelevant game because you don't like your draft position.
Every team should have to play a full 162 game season. What horse crap. They would never do something like this in the NFL.
