the old 2 birds with one stone. Not sure Robles is of value to Miami. They aren't playing him ahead of Chisholm, and they aren't in contention looking for a defensive sub and righty platoon bat.

I thought about Miami's outfield. Pretty completely mediocre, with De La Cruz and Chisolm, steady .245 - .250 hitters, the best of a lousy bunch. Then there are Sanchez and Gordon...Robles would fit right in. And Miami had already seen enough of Nunez when they let him slide into the Rule 5 draft.

But, yes, it seemed like killing two birds with one stone, except that Nunez and Robles might already have dead careers.
