How Would You Grade the Rebuild So Far?

I give it a D-

-No legit pitching prospects
-Home grown prospects continue to disappoint
-No accountability for Rizzo who has managed this poorly
-Way off pace compared to the last five season tank
-Only reason it's not an F is James Wood
