Fedde had arm problems this year.
Right, and he was so outstanding when he didn't have arm problems.
That roster is a lock for the AAA championship.

Mike Rizzo2:34 are there some likely short-year corner outfield types who you think will sign a pillow-contract, or a reliable innings eater types available without too many years commitment? Asking for a friend.ReactReactBen Clemens2:34 Michael Conforto, NationalYou heard it here first

who do you think you are, Elvir?
There won't, and shouldn't, be any more signings. The ownership issue wont be resolved in time. Only issue is if Rizzo is going to be allowed to spend on frontnoffice/coaching staff.
One with logic. The Nats arent going to outbid. Only reason he comes here is if he is too broken and knows it.
the thought was that he's not going to get the contract he wants so he will take a 1 year contract for what remains on the market. If he's there in February, and a sale is through or close enough, I could see a minimal bid. 1 year, $12 million might get it done, if the guesstimates here are right:https://blogs.fangraphs.com/2023-top-50-free-agents/. That's less than what they guaranteed Nelson Cruz. But I suspect the priority will be to bring in a guy who they can write in for 150 innings.
