Have you thought of using a drone?  not one of those pissant-sized civilian 4-rotor things, but a freaking Predator that can fire missiles with full bars as payloads?

I have a DJI Mini 2 that is 249g (250g or heavier and you need to get a license.) Drones are frowned upon in DC airspace and I’m already on enough watch lists.
