BS - you're right here.  Many of us have been waiting & waiting & ... And it isn't because of the 2019 World Series, but just that we like baseball.  But the MLB system isn't working.  And since people's health is on the line for something that is not a necessity in life, it is for the beast if MLB cancels the season.
It really is a frickin' mess.  And the Nats are getting screwed.  Soto has to sit out for weeks and the Nats have to play without him.  The Marlins have half the team testing positive and don't have to play at all.  MLB is rescheduling other teams' games and letting the Nats slip through the cracks.  Now with the storm approaching it's even more ridiculous. I'm starting to see MLB downplay the recent outbreaks, which are serious.  I agree that it's best to cancel the season.

P.S.  Next up will be the 5-inning tripleheader.
