Smart move by those athletes. Even being a small-time owner of a sports team is basically a guaranteed cash cow over 20 years.
I don't think the ARod bid has a chance- Cohen bid 2 billion, Arod bid 1.7- even if these athletes contribute their life time earnings, they still fall short of Cohen
