This thread goes back to 2010. We always have a "fire" thread for every new management hire. Even if folks don't really want to fire the person, we post thoughts about management in a "fire" thread. "Extend" threads are discussions about guys whose contracts are up and we might lose.
I think just a "Mike Rizzo" thread would be a better look.
