while I want firing Lenny as well, it won't help Kearns' swing. he's always had that problem.
It's really not his swing. With all of these guys, the problem is not staying back and watching the ball hit the bat. It's not an easy fix, but we definitely need to hire someone that'll drill the basics into their heads. Watching tape CAN help, Lenny!
