I wouldn't have known if it wasn't for the AC fan making funny noises. Went downstairs to check it out and was greeted with a glorious surprise. Hope you're drier than me!
After my basement flooded I got a water alarm. Unfortunately I found out the alarm worked. Didn't even realize what that high pitched siren sound was at first. After the 2nd time I had a french drain installed. Been 3 years. So far so good.
