Maybe. It took him allllll year to get close to right last year. Sometimes 22-23 year old kids need a little time to figure things out. Not like he would have saved Dusty or Maddux's jobs, so the new staff might have been able to get to him.

Ubaldo Jimenez was once the best pitcher on the planet for three months. If he can consistently do it for a full season, then I would say Giolito looks good as a number 3. Right now he could look as good as Zimmermann did when he was on or as bad as Jackson did when he was off.
