No, they'll do another TJ, but the success rate drops from something like 90% to 20% after the second one.

There are a couple alternatives if it's less than a complete tear of the UCL.  I suspect in his case they might try something else first.  Hopefully this is not the road to go down.  It could be a lot of other things, even within the forearm.  But in case it is, here's a list of two-time TJ guys.  It looks like more than 20% make it back, but of course that's no guarantee of being any good when they return: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gQujXQQGOVNaiuwSN680Hq-FDVsCwvN-3AazykOBON0/edit#gid=2096785497

The guy that just followed him is on his second TJ. But it took him years to get back.

The odds on the second aren't nearly as good.

Kelley's had two, as well.  Precious few starters come back from a second and are still starters, or any good at it at least.
