What ever people want to do for fun is fine with me as long as it doesn't intrude on anyone else's idea of fun.
Correct, but I'm giving you my (snarkily stated) reason that I think it's stupid. People are free to be stupid, but I would rather not join in this particular stupid activity. Rooting for the Nationals, however, I apparently do not see as beneath my intellectual level despite the rational knowledge that it is often unenjoyable.
