Spring break in NoVa was last week. Keep in mind the Cherry Blossom Festival is in full swing. So, unexpected jams could occur, especially around the Tidal Basin (14th ST and bridge perhaps). Parades and stuff are on the weekend.
That's what I was afraid of. Getting to the Verizon Center on Saturday for a 12:30 puck drop with the parade going on may be somewhat interesting!
Guessing I can stay on I-395 towards the Georgetown Law Center and come in from the east on H Street?
