This game is meaningless. Whether the nats win or lose, they again failed miserably to change the tone of the head to head matchup w/the barves. The barves walk away with yet another series win, and that's what matters.

At Caesars Palace in Vegas there is a sports memorabilia store...they have a Pete Rose signed baseball with the quote "I'm sorry I bet on baseball". LOL.

No games are meaningless. And if you won't to talk about "tone", if they win this game tonight they will be back in the division lead. We also want to avoid a sweep. It's unfortunate that we have lost the second series against the Braves this season, but there are plenty of games left against them.

Very defeatist attitude. What if the Nats win today and sweep in June? Then we're up in the season series. Not to mention that mathematically every game counts just like every other one.

The Nats are clearly pressing against this team, making stupid mistakes. The Braves are taking very few chances and playing conservative baseball. The Nats need to stop pressing.
