Hill had another quality outing for Washington on Sunday, going seven innings and
giving up two runs on seven hits against the Mets. In fact, Hill was given a 2-1 lead
when newly acquired Wily Mo Pena hit a home run in the bottom of the fourth inning.
However, the Mets tied it up at 2 when Carlos Beltran hit a home run in the sixth inning.

Francis bounced back Sunday in Los Angeles from his worst start of the season. Francis
went six innings and gave up two runs after lasting just 3 1/3 innings and giving up eight
runs Aug. 14 in San Diego. He struggled with control in San Diego, walking six batters,
but seemed to regain his control against the Dodgers.

Yep, should be very exciting; then again, a pitchers duel at Coors Field?  Unlikely.

That guy has a pretty intimidating W-L record considering his rather mediocre ERA...

It's their pretty intimidating offense that helps their mediocre pitchers...A LOT.

I'm pissed. Dish or MASN still blacked out the pregame show on MASN2.

Jimenez looked good on that steal.

These at bats remind me of some of the at bats other teams have against our pitchers.

WTH...he should've scored on that hit. That should've been an RBI for Zimmerman.
