BBC America regularly airs reruns of
STAR TREK: the next generation on Saturdays and sometimes other days. They have been airing a marathon of the last episodes in the final season
today. The two-hour
series final (Season 7, Episodes 25-26, May 1994) is on
tonight from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Apparently, the actors were all signed to 8 seasons, and the ratings were good, but the producers cancelled it anyway, hoping to make more money with a movie and 2 other Trek TV series.
