Dunno about that. I could see cocky Harper starting to grate on some of the guys, particularly when they are struggling. He also tends to do dumb stuff when he's upset with himself. That's not exactly a stabilizing influence in the clubhouse.
Werth and Laroche are more likely to be the alkaline in the clubhouse.

Just a feeling that Harper sees Werth like a "big brother" at this phase of his career. Occasionally, "crazy arrogance" ain't a bad thing.
