I agree because I was at a point where I was concerned I was becoming a blind homer being as every beer I tried I fell in love with. I was worried that I was more in love with the brand than the beer. Luckily Namaste and Pangea proved otherwise. I must say, their unconventional approach to beers is awesome. I'm glad you like the Ta Henket though, because that did nothing for me

Didn't they do one where they scienced an ancient beer bottle to find the ingredients and then made it?  Was it that one?

I like their 120 minute IPA.

its the one that was on the Tv show, I'm guessing modern hygiene standards precludes it actually replicating ancient beers (I've read that mash was just exposed to air and allowed to ferment and. a straw was placed in the bottom.of the vat to avoid the scum.on top)
