Why pull Lannan after he just K'ed that guy? He looks OK.
I don't question Davey on pulling starters. He seems to have a sixth sense for when a guy has lost it. After the leadoff walk I'm sure he already knew he was leaving Lannan in to face the lefty then making the change.
