I'd say he's more available than CarGo.
Would love CarGo, but they did just sign him to an extension.

I'd love Fowler. He is having a great year, and has a good OBP. Although his away average is .209 so that's a bit concerning.
Denard Span hits .216 away from Target Field though, so if we're taking that into account I'd honestly rather have Fowler probably.
