First of all, citation needed. Second, so what? Did any of the pitchers we ran through here 2007-2009 matter in the long run? If anything, Frank would've helped the team with their goal of tanking to get better picks 
At least Frank would've kept order in the clubhouse and spared us the national embarassment of a manager quitting in the middle of a winning streak.
