If you really pay attention to your team you catch all sorts of bullcrap that national media says about them. I hear stuff on ESPN and NFL Network about the Redskins that is just plain wrong all the time but that if you don't follow the team closely you wouldn't know.
Greg Kuiper is the play by play and started in 2006. I believe Eric Chavez is doing color. He should know better since he was playing 3B for them in 2005.

This stadium rivals Tampa for looking like the biggest dump to play a game in.

Athletics announcers talking about when the Nats played at RFK and the very short right field fence???? Wonder what they had it confused with?
Wasn't there an old-timers game at RFK back in the day where they didn't reconfigure the football stands?  Seems like the right field fence was at some ridiculously short distance...like maybe 230 feet.

Yeah those games didn't feature normal dimensions.

Is anyone having a problem watching the game on DirecTV?  My MASN2 HD channel (640-1) is just showing a DirecTV logo.  I had to switch to the low-def channel to get the game.

I remember that! In my mindfact world it was a preseason exhibition and they couldn't get the stands to move or some similar epic fail. I think I was there.

That happened too. Wasn't it the cardinals that played in that game?

This stadium is a craphole I don't want to watch for three games.

How can their fans watch this 81 times a year?

I can't remember who played. I think the Red Sox. It was billed as an attempt to show MLB that DC deserved and could support a team IIRC.
