still I don't see how we are always thrown out trying to steal while other teams run rampant on us.

Ask the man in your sig. ;)

Perhaps - and I may be going out on a limb here - the other teams have better players than we have?

bad feeling about this inning  :'(
gave up a hit to the #8 hitter. that will likely prove costly.

I'd rather ask Mr. St. Claire that question. Our pitchers are the slowest in the Majors to the plate and have no clue how to hold runners. It's always been like that here in D.C.

he was in there. they called him out because the ball beat him not the tag.

Willie's our only guy with really good acceleration. He just needs to get on base.

It's a fair point...and I was just joking anyway.

sickening. you just knew that giving up a hit to the #8 hitter would come back to bite us. that 3-2 pitch to Baker was so hittable.

Not a bad pitch there. Nice hit by Baker. Let's get out of this inning.

I just turned on the game and thought I heard Debbitaylor (spidernat's favorite broadcaster) say that Dukes should be the CF starter instead of Milledge.  I want to see if Milledge gets the next start.

Tie game 2-2.  Acta should hide in the bathroom when Ramirez comes to bat.

yeah it really wasn't that bad of a pitch.  sometimes you just have to give the other team credit.
