On a serious note, Boston might be the only team we could unload Papelbon on. They actually liked him. Give him to Boston for nothing in return if they take on his salary.
I think they may be salary constrained so they may actually give something (not a superstar) in order to avoid taking the full salary. Maybe I'm not reading it right.
