Uhh, Miguel Cabrera is an idiot, because the fielder has the right-of-way.

Nats need to scratch out at least 1 run this coming inning...the fish ain't gonna sit on just 3 runs tonight.

Even if we did get on base tonite, there would be a lot of dps the way were grounding out

Mitre's specialty, one ground ball after another -and with the way the umpire is giving those VERY VERY generous corners - could be a long night for the hitters ....

I didn't think the calls on the two outside pitches o Belliard were outrageous. I thought they were tough pitches but hittable. Belliard is a good enuff hitter wher he could take those pitchers and go oppisite field with them.

we don't have a chance in this one.. The umps don't want the Nationals to win for some reason.  The offense can't hit the ball in the air for some reason as well.

Belliard swung at a pitch like that in his first at bat and totally whiffed on it - as it is - I didn't say outrageous, I said very, very generous ... which I think they are - particularly considering how tight the strike zone was last night ...

At least the Nats are starting to hit the ball hard now ... maybe Mitre's getting tired - I mean he's thrown a crapload of pitches already (ha!)

what a piss poor performance by the offense.. I just don't understand how they could be so awful just 1 night after setting the world on fire.  Langerhans needs to go.  I'd release him when Esco comes back

lame.. that's what happens when you can't field routine grounders and get behind major league hitters
