The JMad Avi Bet Thread

I am going to Wager my entire offseason of Avatars, one month at a time. Doing this just
for fun and because i am terrible at picking avatars anyway.
 
this thread will keep track of the bets.

If i lose, you get to pick my avatar for one month, starting in October. if i win, thd forum as a whole chooses yours. my avatar punishment is suspended in the event of a Giants Playoff Run, and will resume after the Giants are either eliminated or they win the SB.

All bets must be in place by Opening Day. Once the first pitch is thrown, bets are final and cannot be backed out of.

You can only be in one bet at a time. Each bet must be with a different poster.

I choose the bets.

I kind of want to avatar bet you that I will have a new-generation iPad 12 months from now, just so I will force myself to buy an iPad when I move back to the States.

oh right, first Bet.

Mike Morse, given full time playing duties, will equal or exceed Josh Willingham's offensive production.

Triple Slash, OPS, HR, RBI.

Bet is canceled if either player fails to reach 450 Plate Appearances for any reason other than lack of performance - injury, stupid manager, trade etc., anything other than getting benched for sucking.

who wants that one?

maybe.

should I lower the PA threshhold? I was originally gonna say 400, but willingham had 450 last year.

I can't even begin to guess that one.

all out war for the pitching slots is what I say. nobody guaranteed anything.
