Just to be sure I understand... the new rules would prevent something like a Strasburg/Harper duo going to the same team in back to back years from ever happening again, correct? Not that it's the most pressing concern, just something that occurred to me.
Does anyone else think these new rules are going to lead to a lot more players being overdrafted?
