I figured out a LONG time ago that if either

Air Zimmerman disappeared, the Earth would tilt 45 degrees on its axis, and the
Space Time Continuum would go spiraling out of control. They
balance the baseball books. Otherwise, dogs and cats would
mutate and A-Rod would quit baseball to enter the priesthood.
